A few years ago I began my duties as Power of Attorney for a dear friend of mine who had suffered a stroke. This was all new to me. Her home had to be totally cleared and minor repairs and painting needed to be done. Following that it was decided to put her house up for rent. As I live 300 kms away it was a major concern as to how to go about finding responsible tenants and have a local contact when issues arose. A mutual friend suggested I get in touch with David Vogt, owner and manager of Rent It Guys. After a brief meeting I knew that David knew the business and understood my concerns and I felt very comfortable placing the rental in his hands.
